JOB BRIEF
- Answering and screening calls and forwarding
- Welcoming clients and visitors into the company.
- Responding to public queries.
- Serve as the office bearer for management.
- Managing incoming emails and forwarding them accordingly.
- Arranging couriers and deliveries.
- Ensuring that the reception area is always clean and welcoming.
- Organising visitors with refreshments.
- Design the office functionality and image.
- Application of office equipment, e.g., phone lines.
- Maintenance of office facilities.
- Manage the bookings for the boardrooms.
- Organise company events and conferences.
- Preparing letters, presentation and reports.
- Ordering of furniture and stationery.
- Facilitate insurance claims.
- Enforce proper use of company facilities.
- Manage and minimize office wastage and personal use of company assets.
- Collaborate with the Finance office to manage the Asset Register.
